No formal training however attended many weekend art courses including portrait and life drawing,
Work in a artistic capacity:
Action for Children, UK - Entry to Employment Project
- Art and Drama co-ordinator – using art and drama within a life skills capacity. Training for this done in Doncaster, London and France.
- Member of Action for Children’s national visual arts programme “Arts Matters” and drama programme “Articulation” and was a member of Articulation’s national committee. Each year the “Art Matters” co-ordinated a programme in conjunction with a different national gallery and a current exhibition of that year.
Tate National -Garden Art (Part of a team running a workshop for physically disabled young people at the Tate
Victoria and Albert -Art Deco (Exhibition of students work held at the V & A entrance. My student won first prize.)
Breckland Council, Norfolk -Working with young people with Summer workshops in Attleborough, Swaffam, Thetford, Dereham
Craigowan School, Scotland 2012.2013 –Art residency to work with young people ages 3 – 13 yrs.
